Registered Pets:

For DOGS and other animals that are registered with an association or official clubs such as The CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) no further registration is required as the microchip number will be added to a global database when the animal is registered.

Please check with the breeder or breed club of  the specific animal you are microchipping to see if registration is provided.

For Non-Registered Pets:

There is an optional form that can be submitted to the global database for lifetime for a fee of $10.00. After completing and submitting the for with accompanning fees you will receive acces to the Lost and Found Database website and a toll free hotline number.
